Mr. Tuan is a hand on architect/designer of more than 27 years with comprehensive experience in all aspects of project design and design management. He is respected by consultants, team members and clients alike for his ability to use project goals and needs as spring boards for design solution

Mr. Tuan believes that creating solutions most often come from requirements that may seem contradictory. He make sure he “knows the problem first”, since great solutions to the wrong problem are useless.  Prior founding the boutique design firm of 2050 Architecture+Planning, Mr. Tuan’s professional portfolio includes work with international US firms such as Gensler, HOK, EDI, DMJM, PSDG and Galaxy Entertainment Group, Macau.

Mr. Tuan is an advisory board member for Tanzanite International, Singapore. On project basis, he held the position as Owner Representative for Liberty Corporation, Vietnam and as Design Director for Turner International Vietnam.

Ms. Lee has over 25 years of development, planning, design and project management experience in large-scale, mixed use commercial and residential developments in Asia and the US. She has held senior positions with listed developer and world renowned design consultancy firms, including Director of Planning & Design at Hsin Chong Property Development Limited, Managing Director - China at Aedas Ltd. and Senior Associate Principal at Kohn Pederson Fox (KPF). Her international exposure and in-depth understanding of the Asian market yields innovative, practical solutions that enhance the quality, performance and value of each project.

Ms. Lee has consistently been involved in landmark developments, notably the 480M tall International Commerce Centre (ICC) and Hysan Place in Hong Kong; the 600M tall Ping An International Finance Centre in Shenzhen; the 700,000sm GFA China Central Place in Beijing; the 200,000sm mixed use office & hotel developments at Shanghai Xintiandi, and the 320,000sm GFA Pudong Kerry Parkside in Shanghai. Ms. Lee has also successfully advised real estate funds on asset repositioning and value add opportunities through innovative design strategies and cost effective technical solutions.

Ms. Lee has worked with some of the most prominent real estate investors and developers, including Angelo Gordon, Cheung Kong, China Overseas, GIC, Hang Lung, Hongkong Land, Hutchison Whampoa Properties, Hysan Development, Kerry Properties, Mori Building, Ping An, Robinsons Land, Rockefeller Group, SIIC, Shui On Land, Sun Hung Kai Properties and Sunning. Her portfolio encompasses projects in Hong Kong, Mainland China, India, the Philippines, Thailand, Canada and the US.
